Location was great for local restaurants and the Leaning Tower. The quadruple room wasnice and neat for our family. I appreciated the easy self check-in and extra bathroom supplies provided. The breakfast option for 5 euros each was a good deal-way cheaper than going out!

Simple, spotless place with service-minded and genuinely professional staff at the reception desk. Peaceful and ideal location moderately close to the airport, and 10 minute walk from Piazza del Duomo. Also - just next door to the main shopping streets, central station, and centre.

For a quieter experience, consider bringing earplugs. The walls are thin, and it can get noisy at night with the sounds from nearby rooms.

Very weird that each time we left the hotel (we stayed 3 nights), we had to leave our key with the front office staff.

The location is fantastic, just an 8-minute walk to the Leaning Tower of Pisa. I loved the housekeeping cleaning the room daily, keeping everything fresh. The air conditioning worked perfectly , great since the weather was warm. The walls are paper thin. I could hear conversations and noise from neighbors clearly. The self-check-in process felt a bit odd since I didn't see any staff when I arrived. The key was left on the desk with a code provided for access. Although clean, the room felt quite basic, like a college dorm, lacking a kettle for making tea. Breakfast was reasonably priced at €5 per person, and I found the available options to be good for getting the day started, though it could be improved. I enjoyed a late check-out at no extra cost, which I appreciated. The noise at night from late guests slamming doors was quite disruptive.

We are not hard to please, but the Capitol had no internet that we could hook up to and the manager, without looking up from the tv said, It's your computer." We never did get connected there, the carpets throughout were absolutely filthy...made us worry a bit. And you could hear noise from room to room...at 4:00 am two cars of guests arrived, slammed all the doors of the cars loudly, same with the room doors. Hard to sleep. Probably our worst night out of a month in Italy.

The location and the breakfeast was good
The room is small, the door doesn't close very well and we heard in the room everything that happens in the hotel.

Only localization was ok, the rest not satisfactory
The noise during the night, it was impossible to sleep. The walls are very thin and we heard all the people coming in and out the hotel, when they were going on the stairs and all the noises from other rooms. The smell in the bathroom was very bad. The breakfast is till 10am and at 9am it was nothing to eat.

Hotel Capitol is ideally located just an 8-minute walk to the magnificent Leaning Tower of Pisa. The staff were lovely and allowed me to keep my room for a late check-out, accommodating.
Thin walls allow noise.

The best part was the short 5min walk to the Leaning Tower 😍 The location was super convenient and we loved the coffee at breakfast. Only downside? The shower was pretty cramped.
